Despite a recent surge in many new short term rental properties being brought to the market, our experience has allowed us to maintain occupancy and earnings for our clients and outperform our competitors.

We are unique in the services we can offer to any property owner and don’t have a single one size fits all product for managing properties. We believe that every relationship is personal and we can therefore tailor our service specifically for you.

Not only can we manage all aspects of your property as a holiday rental, we can also assist you in the set up of a property and advise you of what a property requires to make it an ideal choice for your future guests.

As we know all of our guests expect high standards from us, we only manage high quality properties. That doesn’t mean a huge refurbishment bill before you’ve even received any bookings though – as mentioned, we can tailor our services for each individual client and can discuss costs with you when we know a bit more about your property.

Full Management & Cleaning:

We fully control your availability, rates and bookings across various platforms. We handle all payments, guest contact and any emergency 24/7. You will not be required to have any involvement in the day to day running, admin or guest contact (unless you want to).

Management Fee – 15%
Booking Site Commission – 0-15% (at cost)
Cleaning fee (depending on property size and provisions)

Booking Service Only

If you enjoy the day to day handling of cleaning, property maintenance and guest correspondence, we can also help. Not all owners have the time to dedicate to marketing their property across various platforms. We can handle this for you.

Option 1 – 10% fee plus booking site commission at cost
Option 1 – 22% flat rate

We are happy to discuss discounted fees to those who own:

• Prime property – the most centrally located properties in the most desirable areas of Edinburgh
• Large properties – 4/5+ bedrooms in any location
• Multiple properties – either in one location or across the city
